Matthew Vaughan is a skilled craftsman who specializes in remodelling homes for modern family living. He employs creative solutions that expand the function and flexibility of family homes. As the family chef, hands-on dad to two busy kids, he knows what it takes for the family home to work as hard as he does. In addition to many years of experience in construction—working on his own and with subcontractors—he has worked in high-stakes biomedical logistics, working at the intersection of suppliers and health professionals to ensure successful prosthetic surgeries.

For many years, she worked in sales and art instruction for Bullseye Glass, one of the preeminent suppliers of glass for art and architecture. As an educator, artist, designer, and maker, she is interested in the intersection of the natural world and the lived world, bringing the outside in through material, light, and ways of living. She seeks creative and natural solutions to the way families live today. Her family sits at the center of her worldview, a positive space where she and her children can center themselves through art and nature.

Matt and Arrianne met near Portland and started their family a few years ago. Their combined affinity for food, family, nature, and design sits at the foundation of their lives and Vaughan Family Homes.
