Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All purchases are considered final sale unless damaged or unfairly represented.

To be eligible for a return, please email us for approval your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We offer in house credit for returned items, there are no refunds.

We strive to provide the best customer service possible. We stand behind our service and will gladly take back any return due to Vaughan Family Homes error. Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. All claims of damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt. VFH will determine if the product will be picked up.

Any claim for defective merchandise 

Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in VFH original boxes and without writing on the box. 

Claims for defects or missing parts 

Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days only.

Pictures are required to claim 

Pictures are required to claim merchandise defective. Please email them to vaughanfamilyhomes@gmail.com

Re-stocking fee 

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items.

Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit 

Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the carrier. Please contact carrier to request assistance with merchandise damaged in transit.
